- valid identification document i.e. NRIC for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents, or Passports for Foreigners

If you are a foreigner,
- if you are staying in Singapore for a short period, i.e. you hold a short-term social visit pass, you do not need to convert to a Singapore license to drive in Singapore;
- you must possess a valid foreign license and an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by an authorised body in your own country or by embassy in Singapore.

- For chauffeur-driven hourly bookings, a late charge equivalent to an hourly hire-charge rate shall apply for maximum two (2) hours. Exceeding two (2) hours, a full 4-hours hire-charge rate shall apply;
- For short-term daily or weekly car rental, our hire-charge rates are on a 24-hour time clock. A late return charge is computed as 20% of the daily rental rate for each hour exceeding the time for return of vehicle. A full day rental will be charged if the Hirer exceed by 5 hours;
- For monthly rental, our hire-charge rates are on a monthly basis. Hirer must return the vehicle on or before the rental expiry date, failing which a new monthly hire-charge shall be chargeable.
- 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- petrol and re-fueling service charge, if the level of petrol at the time of returning the rental vehicle falls short of the level at the time of collection / checkout
- extra costs incurred such as whenever tyre(s) and/or rim(s) are damaged or car key is locked inside the vehicle due to the negligence of the hirer / driver

- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or Malaysia entry surcharge (if applicable)

- For chauffeur-driven services and short-term car rental, the full hire-charge will be automatically forfeited;
- For long-term car leasing, the security deposit paid will be automatically forfeited;
Hirer is responsible to pay all applicable charges and any other sums due in arrears, including any balance of the hire charges for the remaining unused period until the expiry date which shall become immediately due and payable upon the early-termination.
Yes, the vehicle can be driven into West Malaysia, conditional to prior information given to our Car-Leasing personnel and the surcharge, if applicable, is paid in advance.
Hirer is responsible to settle any fines and/or traffic summonses. An administrative fee of SGD100 shall apply for any late settlement.

Subject to the EXCESS, which is compulsory amount liable for the hirer to pay in the unfortunate event that the rental car is involved in an accident or the vehicle is damaged while in the possession of the hirer.

- Exchange the following information with all other parties involved
- Vehicle registration number
- Make, model, and colour of the vehicle
- Name, address, NRIC or Passport, and Driving License of the other driver
- Contact number of the other driver
- Insurance company of the other driver
- Extent of damage to vehicles
- Take down the location and time of accident;
- Take photographs of the accident scene and damaged vehicles or property before moving away the vehicles to a safe area and do not acknowledge any liability. If the accident involves a Malaysia vehicle, take a photo of their road tax disc. If you have an in-car camera, remove the memory card, and provide us with the footage to support your claim or recovery against the third party.
- If there are injuries, call 995 for an ambulance and 999 for police assistance. If there is no injury, you may only attempt to move the vehicles to a safe place if the vehicles are obstructing traffic at the scene of the accident.
- File an accident report to our Insurance-Claim Desk at 55 Ubi Road 1, Singapore 409688 within 24 hours or by the next working day, presenting your NRIC / Passport, Driving License, copy of Singapore Police report (if any), Malaysian Police report (if the accident happens in Malaysia);
- Lodge a police report if the accident involves
- a government vehicle
- damage to government property
- a foreign vehicle
- pedestrian or cyclist
- hit-and-run case
- injury (regardless minor or serious or fatal)
- Provide information and assistance in connection with the accident as and when the Owner or Insurer may require.
